Examine why nutcracker syndrome may be a functional pathology requiring a cautious approach to intervention, and how narrow aortic anatomy, tortuosity and graft misalignment can complicate endovascular repair.

The session also addresses the difficult distinction between steal syndrome and monomelic neuropathy, before tackling an acute post-FEVAR emergency combining lower-limb ischaemia, oligoanuria, renal insufficiency and acidosis.
