Recorded step-by-step EVAR: how does nextgen HOR improve my daily practice

This PVI 2025 symposium replay explores how next-generation HOR imaging can support daily practice through a recorded, step-by-step complex EVAR case. 

Built around a real-life aortic intervention, the session highlights the contribution of advanced imaging tools, including fusion imaging and cone-beam CT, in complex endovascular procedures. 

Particular attention is given to AI-based CBCT reconstruction, notably CLEARECON DL, designed to reduce pulsatile streak artifacts that can obscure graft structures and stent struts. 

By improving image quality without adding extra steps to the workflow, deep-learning–powered reconstruction illustrates how AI-enhanced imaging can meaningfully support procedural interpretation during complex EVAR.
