*As a Fellow, Resident, Graduate Student or Nurse, you benefit from reduced rates. A proof of status is required for fee application. It can be a copy of your work card, a letter from your Head of Department stamped and signed or a copy of your student card.

Modification & cancellation policy

Cancellation requests must be sent to the registration department by email at: [email protected]

The reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:

Individual registrations:

• Cancellation until 15 days before the congress ➜ full refund
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the congress ➜ 50% refund

Modification & cancellation policy for sponsor registration

In case of cancellation of your participation, the reimbursement of the registration fees will be made under the following conditions:

• Cancellation until 12 August 2024 ➜ 100% refund
• Cancellation from 13 August to 12 November 2024 ➜ 50% refund
• Cancellation from 13 November 2024 ➜ no refund
